Glossop Road Tram & Bus Gate
Please be aware that on weekdays between 4.00pm and 6.30pm Tram & Bus gates are operational on Glossop Road directly outside our building. The tram gate is a short length of road between our building and the NatWest bank towards Hanover Way. You can drive through the gates to enter the city centre and access the Spa, but you must not leave through a gate during the enforced times.
When you leave us by car during this 2 hour period you must NOT go through either of the 2 yellow designated signs. This means you should not turn left onto Glossop Road when exiting either Victoria Street or Cavendish Street
If you are leaving via Victoria Street you can go straight across Glossop Road towards the University roundabout, this is still Victoria Street. If you are leaving via Cavendish Street go straight across Glossop Road and up Regent Terrace towards the University roundabout, Alternatively from Cavendish Street you can turn right onto Glossop Road toward the city centre, then turn right again onto Eldon Street (immediately before Tesco Metro).
Please note, the Glossop Road Tram & Bus gate is only operational between 4:00pm-6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
For more information, please see the Sheffield City Council website.
